Patients can now see test results online if they are signed up to online services - this is the quickest and easiest way to obtain your results. please ask at reception for a form or download the form on this website.
The phone lines are extremely busy in the morning with patients booking appointments. If possible we request patients call in the afternoon for any results.
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.
You may not always need to see your doctor for the results of your tests but it is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if you are advised to do so.
Patient Advisors cannot interpret investigations and will only be able to tell you the recorded comment made by the doctor after seeing it. They therefore cannot release results until the doctor has seen and commented on them first.
