Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and professional and an issue I had been worrying about for some time was resolved during a telephone conversation with the Doctor. I initially contacted NHS111 who responded very quickly, within an hour I received a phone call from the practice to say a doctor would be in touch. Just dropping a line to say thanks. We had our second jab for COVID-19 on 01/04/21 and was organised very well as was the first one. The nurse in question was very professional and informative. I didn’t get her name but she had a reddish tint in her hair. I think. Also thanks to all the staff at the centre.April 2021
