I just want to say how much I appreciate the help given by Watford Health Centre today. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and professional and an issue I had been worrying about for some time was resolved during a telephone conversation with the Doctor. I initially contacted NHS111 who responded very quickly, within an hour I received a phone call from the practice to say a doctor would be in touch. I was having a problem about my prescription where to send it since I had a broken foot. And the lady who answered my phone call was so helpful she has a soft kind voice, she did her best to help.
